This evening: grumpy, self righteous, angry, short tempered. Gah! HATE hormones! Ate my feelings! Need to stop this pattern!
270.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 120.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did that last Thursday!! hormones suck! Ate an entire Wegman's Calzone and it didn't help at all. Hope you are feeling better today! :)

Thanks Lisa Kay. I am. I apologized to my kids for yelling at them because they wanted pizza which I couldn't have and then eating it. :( Back to focused!
