Having Wendy's Berry Almond Chicken Salad....nearly forgot to add the dressing and the roasted almonds in! Good thing I planned...and that Nature Valley Pecan Crunch is going to have to wait till another day!

Hey Just wanted to point out that the salad that you added already counted the almonds and the dressing in the total (if you click on the salad you will see that under the additional notes section) so you don't have to add those again individually. So, maybe you can still have your Crunch? :)

I went to the Wendy's website, and it actually doesn't. The person who input thought it did. :) For some reason, I checked. I'm just weird like that sometimes. :)

Nevermind, I'm an idiot and obviously cannot read! Thanks RavenSoul69 for correcting me. (Closer observation indicates you are correct and I'm eating crow. Hmmmm....Wonder how many calories are in crow? JK)

I love those salads! Unfortunately they are really high in sodium so I am going to have to avoid them now. However, they are easy enough to make so I am going to attempt to make my own. Wendy's is just so much faster than I am lol
