Been eating a little over target calories for a few days. Will begin weekly fast tomorrow.
225.1 lb Lost so far: 99.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi. Been here. Got a little lax the past few days but that is what fast days are for. Traveling to a car show on Friday and Saturday and then my wife's birthday on Sunday so plenty of opportunities for extra eating and drinking this weekend. I'd better make these next two fast days count!

Enjoy that commute, I'm already at work, getting in early these days as no one else's schedule to worry about just my own and I am a 'morning person' so at my desk by 7 or earlier if I can but I get to leave anytime after 3:30 so I'm not complaining. Have a great work day Bill :)

LOL on the upcoming 'stuff' Yep you got lots of good stuff in your future so as you say, better bear than in mind for the next few fast days. Some days I find fasting easy, some days not so much. But it is all 'mental' - or perhaps I mean I am mental - lol. Finding the stress beginning to get to me but I'm hanging tough. It helps to have friends who are fasting too, like yourself and others on here. Heck if you guys can do it so can I. And I'm not fasting really, just missing breakfast and trying to get back to one meal a day. I love those days as I feel so empowered but right now with the stress load I am finding I need a bit of something around 1pm. Anyway, I'm hogging your time and I know you have other journals to check, so ta ta for now :)

That's great. I'm.a night owl but I try to get in by 830 so I'm not rushing for any 9am meetings. I take a commuter bus every day so at least I don't have to deal with the traffic.

I commute on transit too, 'cause I don't have a driver's licence, can you believe it? Hubby has chauffered me for over 35 years. He deserves a medal but I do get around town quite well on my own, good transit system in Toronto. My hubby used to be a night owl too, now he isn't any kind of anything, he is just plum tired all the time. Worried about his mum no doubt. I've forgotten Bill, what do you do for a living? I'm a medical secretary in a downtown Toronto hospital, or medical building right next door.

Hi. I work n Washington, D.C. I'm an information technology manager for a federal agency. I commute so I can arrive fresh. The traffic round here is crazy.

Yep I hear you, I have heard that the traffic in DC is nuts. We start seeing patients around 9 so much as I am loving this chat, I gotta tear myself off FS and get to work. Have an awesome day Bill. Love chatting to you :) I know IT can by crazy work - we drive the IT guys crazy here because none of us secretaries are techies and we want what we want when we want it - sound familiar? LOL. So perhaps I'll see you on here later tonight, or tomorrow. Good luck with the fasting day(s).
