On the road to my former shape and it feels amazing. Only 1 week in and already I can see/feel the difference in my body. Energy levels are still quite good as my nutrition intake is well rounded, albeit consisting of more dairy than I would normally have.

This week I'll substitute dairy with soy milk and see how it goes. I'm getting ravenous more quickly and find myself wanting just a light snack in between meals. Metabolism must be kicking in again.

Still going to stick to my calorie limit of 1700 per day, just under for the days I'm not intensively exercising. Because of the shin splint, going easy will be a challenge for me (I rarely stop to listen to my body's needs) but literally am unable to walk without the dull ache pounding at me.

Met a lovely lady at touch footy yesterday named Candy Chiu. Her hubby, Kenneth was also very kind. They offered to lend me this +ive/-ive charged medical massage doo-da that worked a charm for the one area I concentrated on. Will meet her again perhaps Wed night after the Origin game to massage it again, if she's free to see me. She is self-employed running distribution channels for health supplements and such, I'm super interested in this field personally. Will be good to build a nice relationship with her. Wondering how I should return her kindness.

I digress. Another week of solid exercise is planned: Mon night 1.5 hrs at touch footy (tick); Tues night 1 hr yoga; Wed night 1.5 hrs at circuit in the gym; Fri night 1-1.5 hrs at cross fit. Let's do this.
122.4 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
