Well, it's my first day of semi-fasting. I will be doing some poking around for tips and advice. I started a semi-vegan diet about 8 months ago for health benefits. I do eat some seafood, but no meat and no dairy. And I have been relying too much on carbs. So I am hoping that the 5:2 plan works for me. It's still early in the day...I hope I don't chew my arm off. Wish me luck!
