Work, again has gotten the best of my healthy lifestyle! Have not been able to get time to work out, and starting to get so busy, I'm stressing out, not eating enough, or drinking enough water. This week got a bowflex machine from a friend who moved and no longer has room for it. Hopefully I can find some time to use it!
