preped all foods and stuck to plan drank my water and took my vitamins.hope every one has a wonderful weekend!
189.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What a difference a day makes??? Always helps when the scale gives you a nice send-off, too, right? You're definitely off and running on plan. Way to go!

3.6 pounds???? I am so jealous!!!! I haven't lost that much weight overnight in an age!! Congrats on the weight loss, on getting your food prepped, on drinking your water, and taking your vitamins!!

i think sandy was right it was water weight and getting back on trac just let my body know i was gonna be good!
