Phooey! I followed my plan very close, and no weight lost this week. I guess I'll have to take my carb intake down a little farther. I sure would have liked to see at least 1/2 pound gone.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
