Made it to the ten-pound mark! With a goal of losing 19 lbs. I am now past the halfway mark, in only two weeks' time -- wow. Am concerned to see how I make out during vacation. Will do my best to be mindful and prudent. Can see a difference, and feel a difference in the way my clothes fit. Am excited to see further difference as I get closer to my goal!
