Carb Tracker for Gina's Journal, 07 July 2013

Four days on the road, way too much sitting and driving. Stopped and got in two miles yesterday, but I am bloated and sluggish. WOE was fine, just way overloaded with cals. No prob with the carbs. Made it home last night. Checked ketosis this a.m. and all is right with the world.

Weight is basically stable from when I left Wednesday, so I'm very, very happy. Any loss, even .4 of a pound is a remarkable achievement when you think about it. I guess if I traveled for an occupation I would be better at it, but as it is, I did quite nicely, thank you!

That was 4 days with basically NO exercise. I should have had 16 miles and instead only managed 8. Not exactly what I had in mind, but I'm sure it could have been worse.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
