looking at my diet calendar, I have gone over my RDI a couple of times recently. Have also been really slack about exercising. busy travel schedule starts next week, so I'm really going to try to get back on track with exercising and self discipline re: food before hitting the road! It's way too easy to eat poorly and make excuses not to exercise when traveling!
167.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
