I handled the 4th of July well - considering all of the hotlinks, chicken and grilled hamburgers I was around. I ended up shopping for a new outfit, for my new size instead of consuming the grilled good. I also lost 1.6 pounds in the (week) process - YAY!!!

Again, I'm finding that FOOD PORTION CONTROL is what's taking the fat off of me.

I am only as physically active as I've ever been, which is not very much at all. I do however, walk and run the dog. THAT'S NEW in my life, since I joined the "10 POUNDS in a month CHALLENGE."

I am not eating any special foods, though I am conscious to work vegetables into our daily meal plans - even if they're canned good veggies. VEGGIE's are IMPORTANT.

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND to everyone!
As the fireworks pop - let the fat melt off.


Over all -- I'm down from a WOMENS size 14 to a JUNIOR MISS size 11. That's basically from an XL to a Medium, in general sizing.

I am ENCOURAGED and ENCOURAGING you to be also.
We can do it!!!!

Soo glad that u lost weight.. Good for u.. I am very much encouraged to stick on to this after knowing ur progress. Yay Girl.. What a happy news.. No need to feel jealous! You're doing just fine SKINNY -- ahem! I mean Sre88. lol! I saw your RECENT WEIGHT WEIGH IN. Looking Slim! Keep it LOW! lol! I'm on my way - I'm down another 1.6 in 7-days. Yay!!!!!
