The peanut sauce I made for today's lunch was high in fat and calories and so very worth it. Today it has been pretty easy to stay under 1300 calories, too. I'm starting to think fat is the key to satiety for me, but I don't want to eat too much fat and be unhealthy. I'm not quite sure what the right balance is.

You will find the right balance. It takes a lot of experimentation. I still haven't found the right balance, but keep on trying. I am beginning think it is a life long experiment.
