Whoo hoo, below 150 finally! I know, I know, it's only 1/2 pound below, but I'm celebrating small victories!
149.5 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You reached a landmark...it is amazing...You need to NEVER see 150 again..that's what I felt like when I crossed below 150..I WAS ecstatic cause it's been over 22 years since I was near 150...so that's a great day...KEEP GOING!!! I want to get below 140..that's the next step for me as I am hovering mid 140's for a while now.
