Day 6:

Weighed in the same as yesterday! I am so pissed off..... I know it takes time for the scale to move after starting an exercise routine and getting back on the diet, but really???? 3 days at the same weight! Rant over!

Now on a positive note. I kept my calories in check yesterday, but I did have red meat yesterday, so that will take time to work out of my system. I need to get some healthy snacks in the house. I am going nuts not having little things to munch on. I am going to rearrange the fridge to help make it easier to find my snacks as well. I will get this done. Just it is taking too long.

It does take time and that's the hardest part, but in a week you could have a sudden drop. Just keep working and it will pay off. My go to work snack to munch on is baby carrots, now I even miss them when I forget them at home. I figure mindlessly eating my carrots in the afternoon is better than a bag of chips or crackers. I hope that loss comes for you soon!!

Thank you for your words of encouragement. I was having a moment this morning. I have taken control and I am feeling much better. Wonders what a good salad with lots of veggies does for you! Yummy!
