Slowly but surely getting there.

I did BodyPump twice last week and already twice this week with another class planned in the morning. Between BP and my squat challenge last month, I am really beginning to notice a difference.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
