Can't WAIT to see the 180s again!! Today I grabbed some Neptune Salad at Wegman's, it was a small amount, so I figured how bad can it be (it has imitation crab meat)...after I ate it, I looked it up-14.43 carbs' worth! Yeesh. Next time I will look it up BEFORE I eat it. :)
