Been back and forth between 148-150 for the last four to five days. I dont think this stubborn weight wants to let go. I wont give up though. I am done the two weeks of induction starting on monday. I have been in Ketosis for a nearly two weeks now and have lost six lbs. One thing I have noticed is that my weight does not fluctuate much during the day anymore. When I wake up and weigh myself at 149 I will only be a few oz heavier after eating etc. Not sure what that means but I am used to crazy fluctuations in my weight.
I might be losing inches around my waist im not to sure though. My boyfriend said my body is getting way firmer and that I have really strong legs...I have no idea if he is just saying crap or if I am.

Its really not all that great. In fact it is kind of an eye opener to how stubborn our bodies can be.

Will start reading up on phase two. I dont think its a good idea to move on to phase two until I hit at least 145. I might have to make up some adjustments to my current diet in order to make this happen.
