Char Gets Thin's Journal, 04 July 2013

So far, so good. I'm enjoying the benefits of both FatSecret and Weight Watchers, the two sites compliment each other very well. With the nutritional info I can get here at FS, I can see just why WW works, and tweak my dietary intake and needs to make the weight loss more significant!

BUT...tomorrow is my birthday and my DH is taking me out to dinner. And those Happy Hour Bahama Mamas will be calling my name! Not to mention that prime rib. :D Which is OK, life happens, and I'm NOT on a diet...I'm changing my life style! And while I weigh in here daily (just can't break that life long habit), my WI at WW is on Thursday, so plenty of time to drop whatever I pick up in my celebrations.
