My weight has been crazy with being on this Prednisone and not being able to workout.... will be so happy once I'm well!
252.5 lb Lost so far: 64.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

In the meantime, take comfort in knowing you've dropped mega-pounds. I mean, c'mon, you're closing in on 70, SEVENTY, pounds lost!! Amazing. How's the smoking cessation coming along?

I know 70 is alot! I'm cutting back but the actual quit date isn't till the 15th due to loading up on Zyban first I have to go pick up the script. I sooooo hope it works!
