Dunno what's wrong with me atm.

I am constantly hungry and eating way too much of the wrong things.

I had an entire bag of candy last night. And 3 packs of crisps. And yesterday's lunch was huge too...

Need to get myself back in hand. I did not do all this work just to lose it in the home stretch!

It really worked for me to get all the "snack" stuff out of the house...gone. This way as I dig around in the pantry and come up empty handed I've had enough time to talk myself out of it. If I've convinced myself that I am really and truly hungry then I have healthy snacks of fruits and vegetables in the fridge or I make a cup of herbal tea, then I busy myself with something else. The alternative is to wake up two sleeping children and take them to the store.

Maybe you are not actually hungry and are eating because you are bored? When do you start feeling hungry? Is it when you are sitting and watching television or are you out walking? You might also be mistaking thirst for hunger. Next time you are feeling hungry, drink a glass of water instead. If in 30 minutes you are still hungry, then eat something, but make sure it is healthy! You can do it Riocaz; think about that tattoo you want!!

Nope it's been ridiculous, I've been hungry from morning right through to evening. I've eaten low calorie snacks, I've tried bulking out on things which have previously left me full. I've even allowed myself extra big meals which have previously left me stuffed until the following day and yet I'm hungry again 2-3 hours later.

I'm with The Blue Box in this one. Whenever you have a big craving, just drink 1 or 2 glasses of water and set a timer for 15 minutes. Wait and see if you're still hungry after the time has passed and if yes, opt for a high protein snack...Good luck!

Yes I do all that but it's not working. I'm just constantly hungry and have been for weeks. I'm even hungry when I wake-up and that's just not normal for me.

Maybe you are exerting yourself and you haven't noticed? I have no clue! If it's been going on for a couple of weeks maybe you need to see a doctor... I hope it stops for you soon.

Just a thought but maybe because you're eating 'the wrong foods' is what is keeping you hungry. Research has proven junk food isn't filling enough to satisfy hunger but the chemicals keep you craving more and more. Stay with the things you know are good for you and leave the candy & crisps and stuff alone and eventually you'll get that out of your system and feel satisfied again. You're right - you worked too hard too long to blow it in the homestretch.

FullaBella could be right... Maybe your body is missing a specific vitamin... or something... If you like fish, maybe you could make some in the oven. Low calorie and full of protein. I only say this, because I had Tilapia last night on the grill and it was divine :P I hope you are doing better today!!
