I know this is pathetic since I have no drive to work out or even run, but I'm tired of having this huge belly while I'm still in my 30s. I hate the way I feel and that I have little to no energy to do things with my kids. I want to do better about the food I take in, but I have a horrible sweet tooth. Can't watch movies without it. Late nights are hard too. Let's see how this "diet" helps me...
