Drank 2 cups ooops...Dieter's Green Tea yesterday...should of read the package first. well lost a lb anyway..hee hee not drinking it today.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
