Here I am trying this again. I got off track bad and I am trying to get back on. Yesterday I had a doctor's appt. and I was weighed and I can't BS anymore. I weighed 184 on my doctors scale. 182 at home, which I am going with. I have to get used to being hungry again. I know that once you can get used to feeling slightly hungry all the time, the more you do it the easier it becomes. So now I am going to try to go to bed without a snack. This is so damned hard!

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 July 2013:

I'm struggling right at the moment too! My weight has creeped up again and I really need to cut the bs and just commit to not eating just because I can.

Hey Rock ON, KMD. You did not gain that much! I gained more over the Winter than you. It is OK. We know it is a process and we will manage it as we go along each day, Happy to see you back on FS.
