You sound super motivated!! Good job on not finishing the whole bowl and chips!! I killed it last night 2.5 hours of water aerobics, circuit training, and walking. I was so energized when I came home I couldn't sleep... so that meant I couldn't wake up early enough to get my exercise on. I just went for a 2 mile walk and I am feeling energized. I just noticed this week that my public library has exercise DVDs I can check out for free. Im excited about that. Does your local library also have exercise DVDs? Its a great way to check out new ones without buying them. Keep up the great work!!
