hey everybody well i started off good this morning and i ate chiptole again today but something about it i didnt finish the whole bowl or all my chips and i have been going to the gym last night and i did a hour and a half and this morning i wanted to do my dvd but it wouldn't work so that means kill it again in the gym tonight and this weekend only drinking my meal replacement drink with only water and working out hardcore....

You sound super motivated!! Good job on not finishing the whole bowl and chips!! I killed it last night 2.5 hours of water aerobics, circuit training, and walking. I was so energized when I came home I couldn't sleep... so that meant I couldn't wake up early enough to get my exercise on. I just went for a 2 mile walk and I am feeling energized. I just noticed this week that my public library has exercise DVDs I can check out for free. Im excited about that. Does your local library also have exercise DVDs? Its a great way to check out new ones without buying them. Keep up the great work!!

i know GOOD for YOU..love i am so happy your doing it i am a little pissed at my self becasue i have not been doing my work out videos but i am 193.2 now and i just can feel the weight coming off

I am so happy for you!! You're a great workout buddy!! I wore my pedometer yesterday and when I got home from the gym - I logged 10,000 steps... which I've only been able to do once this year... well now twice!!
