Havent been able to get back to my earlier 2 hourly diet - changes in habitat and environment has changed everything. Need to buy more vegetables and fruits and also eat them ;) For now the morning 1 hour yoga is helping me maintain my weight - Its been over a month and I hope I can sustain it!
