yesterday 30 minutes cycle. no refined starch. lost total of 1.6 kgs but need to push it under 85 today. it all depends on focus and determination.
188.1 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
