I actually managed to have all three meals today. . .that's a first, don't think I've managed that in about five years! I'm also getting more consistent about getting close to those required 2400 calories a day, granted I still don't manage to do it every day but this last week has been going good for me food wise.
I am also kinda happy to have some MREs again, I actually tend to enjoy them for some reason ^_^

Thanks! I'm did pretty well today too, I need to start watching my sodium levels again though, I just found out that my blood pressure levels are hitting stage 2 hypertension now, I've been in pre-hypertension levels since I was young, now it's getting worse. Sodium adds to that so I need to start cutting out much of that salt.
