Well I haven't drank in 10 days, many opportunities but at least THAT willpower is there.
Now to get to exercise. I just haven't wanted to.
Motivate me I want to be healthy again!


You will feel so good once you start excercising! Just start doing it. It's only really tough for the first couple of days and then it feels easier and better. I found joining a class made a huge difference! Huge congrats on no drink for 10 days!! Excellent!!!
