Being stressed out and busy keeps me from eating at work. This week has been one of those weeks...and I think that it help me to lose a little. Cutting out the pop and going for nightly walks are also helping.
292.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.7 lb a week
