Tonight was my first night back on the treadmill since last week after having some problems with muscle fatigue in my legs. I probably could have gotten back on the treadmill by Thursday, but time just seemed to slip away from me. I didn't realize how much I missed it. Tonight wasn't a record breaker, but I ran for 10 minutes before throwing in the towel. Honestly it's better than what I expected after going an entire week without running. My average is usually closer 13 minutes though. I need to get back on track for my 5k in August.

Way to get back on the treadmill! I'm looking forward to getting a workout in today too! It seems like so many things are happening at once, so I'm really going to try and make an effort to work out!
