Yesterday I walked for 3 hours non stop and then later that night I did insanity! I did eat KFC in which I thought I was going to gain the 1 lb I lost but turns out I didn't! I just weight myself and I'm 183.8!
183.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
