So this week has been interesting - getting into the swing of eating healthy again. Its a bit harder with two challenges: 10ks over 10 weeks & then The 30 Days with Sugar. But I'm doing better with the sugar challenge than the weight-loss challenge. I'm really happy about avoiding sugar because that's my weakness. & I'm getting into the whole 1 carb meal a day thing for the weigh-loss. EXCITED though!
