Ok I need someone's help. I have been doing the southbeach diet and I love it! And when I have a day off that I am at home, I do great! But when I am at work, Moe's, I am having such a difficult time laying off the food. I look at it all day! The steak, queso, chips, etc.! And after working there now for 3 months you would think I would be sick of it, but I always want more!

I need help and advice on what I'm going to have to do to stop these habits!

I have owned a restaurant and worked in it constantly for the past 19 years. It is the worst part of working in a restaurant. Constant focus on food. I want to eat all the time. All I know to do is choose healthy foods and learn to say "no". Not easy.

Hi, I feel ur pain... I used to work at Gulf Stream park as a server and I had to pass out food and take orders and I was so hungry that t ate the pizzas fried cod and French fries and to add to that the free sodas!! Terrible diet choice, I NOW know. Why has worked for me is making healthy eating your LIFESTYLE. Seriously, it work! I lost 5lbs. In 3 days! Eat small meat portions, lots of salad- make it salads u like like chicken apple and cranberries with a berry salad dressing. Breakfast have half of what u usually eat. Same with dinner. And don't forget with each meal make sure you add a veggie and a fruit. Use fresh fruits and veggies. Just think, this is my life, my choices, the way I want to start eating for life. It's actually not bad. Make sure u bring your snacks and lunch from home and you will do even better! 😊 I hope my advice works for you!
