Does it feel like when you are "bad" like one day... All of a sudden, it is so easy to be bad over and over. Life happens and I am trying so hard to do my best to keep more calories than eaten but sometimes my appetite gets ahead of me. Even consuming healthy foods.....too much is bad too.
