Dinner last night was not even close to what I need. One meal can jack up the whole day of work. Ugh.

Someone brought in doughnuts to work this morning. I'm feeling the urge, but will power through.

Wow! Temptation everywhere! Drink lots of water. Sometimes when we think we're hungry, it'e really thirst - sometimes. Hang in there, glad to know you are back in the saddle and in charge of your health. I will weigh in tomorrow.
