Had to remind myself the weight didn't come on overnight, so it's not coming off overnight. Rapid weight loss is not the goal - steady healthy improvement is. Increased what I was allowing for calories, which still represents a decrease overall. Signficantly decreasing carbs. Enjoying life and I want to be here a long long time to keep on enjoying it!
