I am going to start doing strength workouts after I recover from surgery to really pump up my muscles. However, that's the future. Speaking of which, once I recover, I'll open a challenge called "Muscle Building Boot Camp" where people like me (those who want muscle that SHOWS) will collaborate together with motivation & advice, along with exercise help & links to helpful videos & pages so we can all build the muscle we want. REMEMBER! This DOES NOT EXIST YET!!! I will be making it once I recover from the surgery I'm having on the 12th. Also, I can't track my Weight Loss from June 30th-July 7th since I am going to Camp Sandy Cove. Anyways, just a status update!
