I'm really struggling with the loosing weight thing. I've completely lost my focus. I am trying to focus on smaller goals with my first target being back down to 210 and then 200, but it is such a struggle. Every week there is some event or dinner that we have to attend. I have 88 days until we fly to Vancouver for Christmas, but one week where the kids will be here for Thanksgiving. It's going to be tough.
Today is Day 1 - Again. - back on my 1000 calorie diet, - doing my challenge - pelvic tilts and side stretches - 8 x 25/per day - walking 10,000 steps. - 15 minutes on elipetcal.
As far as food goes, I am giving up on eating meat, and going back to my protein shots. The only food I will eat is tomatoes, green's like spinach and kale, and pickles.
