This morning I woke up at 5:15 and exercised on the eliptical machine for a half hour. I completed 2.62 miles. I will be going to the golf course today and hopefully get in an hour and half of golf which should burn about 630 calories. My year long journey starts today in earnest and I hope to lose at least 1-2 lbs every week. It will be difficult especially in the two months when the holidays start. I just need to not over indulge.
