Well, yesterday I let frustration with others and situations get the best of me. Plus coming down with a cold doesn't help...But today, NO EXCUSES!!!! Get your butt in gear! You've come too far to turn back now!!!! Get back on track and keep on movin'!
277.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
