263.9 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 113.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The progress continues! The doctor's office weight is what I view as my "real" weight. I always mean to check my scales against the doctor's scales after I get home - wearing the same thing, and not drinking or eating anything before I get home and checking my scales immediately. Unfortunately, I always seem to forget.
