I've been trying the Wheat Belly diet since February. It's easier than I thought, but being a chocoholic the weight has not dropped much. I've been wheat free 80% of the time but must make some more changes for a faster weight loss. Feeling great overall, digesting food better without the wheat. I wish I knew that I was wheat intolerant years ago. Walking the dog in the spring and doing aerobics 3 times a week giving me more energy and also helps the spirit. Summer time is great for eating fresh vegetables and fruits so here I go and hopefully will see good results by September 1!!! Not giving up now.

Hi, I used to be a chocoholic too. I have found that dark chocolate gives me the kick I need but with one or two squares instead of a whole bar. Have you tried dark chocolate? Would it help or do you like the sweetness too?

I've tried the dark chocolate before and I agree, just a few squares is satisfying for the chocolate taste. I think I'm after the sugar, which is addictive. Also I noticed that the less sugar I eat, the less sugar I want and the better I feel. Thank you for your suggestions.
