Weighed in @ 187.5.
Not a big drop, but a drop none the less. After my little pig-out the other day, I'm glad to see the number still go down!
I think we all have to slip up from time to time to remember what we're doing... in my case, I felt sluggish and thirsty all of yesterday. I don't like feeling that way, so perhaps it will serve as a reminder of what I'm trying to do.
