10 lb in five days - wow man you are killing this! IF is really working for you, or low cal days, same diff right?

Yes, sort of did the IF thing for several straight days to even out the several straight days of overeating while my sister was visiting. My weight swings are amazing to me. I can gain 10 lbs. so easily, but luckily, I seem to be able to lose it pretty quickly. My best strategy is not to let myself gain so much, but it was a special circumstance.
