Starting a food log today. I would like to be physically active at least 4 days a week for 30 minutes doing cardio and resistance circuits, biking, or running. I also want to start getting my eating back under control. I have been eating out and having too much junk food in my diet, skipping meals, not eating breakfast, and not getting enough fruits and vegetables. I also want to make sure I am getting the protein that I need with my vegetarian diet this summer. Off to a good start with dinner tonight, vegetable stir fry with vegan beefless tips over brown rice. Delicious! I just need to pick up some fruit at the store tomorrow after work. So excited to be excited about what I am putting into my body again!
