I can feel the motivation starting to come back. I am just taking things one day at a time, not gonna worry about how long it's gonna take me to lose the weight I want to lose. My goal is to stay under 1200 cals TODAY and I did that. My goal is to not raid the fridge when I got home from work TODAY and I was successful. My goal is to walk 1.5 miles during my lunch break TODAY and I made it. I accomplished 3 goals TODAY. I feel awesome!
