This morning was a bit erratic i ate breakfast at five because i couldn't sleep and then i hit the barrier and went to sleep untill 10 :P but i have still decided to count it as breakfast.

I didn't get round to complaining to the phone company so im going to head out and do that now and when i get back i am going to try my new workout dvd that came in the post :) i'm pleased to see it has a boxcercise as im really enjoying that. its the ministry of sound work out so lots of upbeat workout music! not exactly my type of music but i don't think there is a ska workout!!! there so should be that would be pretty immense, when i was going to ska gigs most night of the week i lost a ton of weight from all that skanking. maybe if i ever get fit enough i will make my own workout called the ska workout!! haha ahh rambling...

Ok so off to complain now, workout when everyones gone to bed later will let you all know how it goes :D oh and 3 days untill the move so my stress levels are off the scale at the moment

I couldn't find ska, but... I found something close (sort of). There are "Pilates for Indie Rockers" and "Yoga for Indie Rockers" DVDs, but I don't know if they're available where you are (and shipping costs from the U.S. might be expensive).

ha ha i'm definitely going to have to look them up but i cant imagine them being quite as upbeat as a ska workout which i shall develop oneday!!
