I too am glad you are back. You don't need to do anything yet, just be here, and be aware. I have no doubt that you are mentally exhausted so just relax, come here, enjoy the journals and slowly but surely it will filter into your system and you will start to get back on track, on your track, and you will start to take care of yourself again. Stress will always be there, unfortunately. One day at a time, sweetheart, one bite, one breath. So good to have you 'home'.
