Have now started phase 2. I've loved losing so much weight so quickly so I'm definitely worried about regressing. But I think its time to have some carbs so I stick to this. I had to be out of town for 2 days and I tried to be so good. Regardless I was shocked to see that I had over a 100 grams of carbs. I only had 1 tablespoon worth of the potato that was served. But I wasn't able to resist the applecrisp for dessert. At least it had fruit:). Since my calorie count was high too I barely ate today. I had such a solid breakfast so I wasn't hungry, but I know that can slow my metabolism down so I'll do it right again tomorrow.
